Makinging Maps 1st Grade

Each first grade class made a map of the FPG campus.  An aerial photograph of the campus was projected on the smartboard and students' outlined the buildings  roads and paths.  The photograph was then removed and a map was left.

Sra. Feliz' Class: Making "Name" Skeletons

Mrs. Feliz's students are learning about different Latino celebrations so they can choose one to write a Non-Fiction book about. Here they are making Day of the dead skeletons after having written a report on it. You'll notice that the ribcage is made from the child's name!
